For the past few months, the snack bar La Ch’tite frite culanaise has been welcoming its customers in an outbuilding of the former restaurant L’Assiette de Charolais, which has been closed for good. Christophe Bocquet, 43, and his wife Lætitia, 40, are tenants.
“I too am fed up…”: the mayor of Culan angry after the deterioration of six detour signs
After the snack, they have just expanded their offer by opening a restaurant area that bears the same name. Their daughter Manon, 22, a graduate in catering, is behind the stoves while her parents share the bar and the service.
The place has been completely redesigned and, in addition to the soberly decorated room, there is a pleasant terrace at the back. The cuisine is traditional with a menu and formulas.
Every day, from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with a closing on Monday (provisional opening hours until July 6).
